Immolate

After playing in various bands that didn't work out, Patrik, Markus and Calle decided to start a new band together, Immolate. The idea of the band was to play aggressive music with no compromises, this was in the beginning of 2009. They immediately started to write songs and pretty soon they recorded the two songs known as "Gods Of Chaos" and "Pull The Trigger".

After a couple of gigs they started to look for a second guitarist and a bass-player. In late 2009 Mange Nordh joined Immolate on guitar. After this they once again entered the studio to record two new songs. This time it was "What About Sam" and "Something Reeks" that got the honors.
They did some more gigs but felt they needed a full line-up, so in February 2010 Jonas joined the ranks of Immolate to complete the band as a unit.

After Jonas joined they wanted to get out to enjoy playing live as a full band, so they played a couple of gigs (Sticky Fingers in Gothenburg, The Rock in Copenhagen and Bodoni in Malmö to name a few) and got a very good response everywhere. They then decided to concentrate on writing songs for their upcoming EP that they were going to record. During this time they took their songwriting and music to another level.
In October 2010 they went into Flatpig studio to record four new songs, "Empire", "In Your Demise", "In Flames" and "Redemption". After releasing the EP in December they now strive to make the step to play live as much as possible and going on tour.
